The crowd rose to their feet as Leonardo Poz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amancio Lando. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Poz in the 9th minute of play forced LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's goalkeeper Amancio Lando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute of the match Leones FC got a corner. LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Peyo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Amancio Lando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Richie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amancio Lando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Poz in the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Amado Tome hit a great ball. Amancio Lando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaspar Sabin's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 35 minutes into the game, Leonardo Poz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amancio Lando. Leonardo Poz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Asier in the 40th minute of play forced LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's goalkeeper Amancio Lando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Asier came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Amancio Lando could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's Aristides Bixintxo got a free kick in the 47th minute. 48 minutes into the match, Leones FC's Mariano Peyo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Asier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leones FC's Martin Asier got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonardo Poz took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amancio Lando. Amancio Lando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Javier Richie in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amancio Lando saved LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Asier in the 60th minute of play forced LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's goalkeeper Amancio Lando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Leonardo Poz made a precise shot to the right of Amancio Lando. LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 66th minute Leonardo Poz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Lando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Leonardo Poz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amancio Lando. LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonardo Poz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After 70 minutes of play, Leones FC's Leonardo Poz made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amancio Lando was left in no man's land by his defense there! LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's Amancio Lando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Asier in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute Martin Asier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Lando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaspar Sabin's late challenge caught a LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaspar Sabin helped the player get up and apologised. Gaspar Sabin kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Amancio Lando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Poz in the 84th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 85 minutes into the game, when Fabian Ishmael put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's Fabian Ishmael got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute of the match Mariano Peyo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amancio Lando showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 88 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Poz. In the 90th minute, Gaspar Sabin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amancio Lando was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. After some careless play in the LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP defense, Gaspar Sabin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amancio Lando. The LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amancio Lando should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Leones FC fully deserved thier win.
