The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albino Osoro in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulgencio Intxixu saved Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√ from getting behind. In the 7th minute of the match A S Y A™ got a corner. Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Simon Loramendi ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Simon Loramendi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fulgencio Intxixu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Santiago Lorien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute Albino Osoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Intxixu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorato Peio kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Fulgencio Intxixu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Tiadoro in the 12th minute of the match. Astor Gaufred hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Simon Loramendi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fulgencio Intxixu. Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Abreu in the 16th minute of play forced A S Y A™'s goalkeeper Santiago Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s goal looked a bit too open when Simon Loramendi came free, but Fulgencio Intxixu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Loramendi made a great header on A S Y A™'s corner, it was just that Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s Fulgencio Intxixu managed to reach the ball for a save. After 25 minutes of play, Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s Marcelino Abreu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santiago Lorien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Abreu in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Osoro in the 34th minute of play forced Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s goalkeeper Fulgencio Intxixu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s Fulgencio Intxixu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Osoro in the 35th minute of play. Fulgencio Intxixu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albino Osoro's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Fulgencio Intxixu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Osoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of A S Y A™ booed when Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iker Piearres didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Botello during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fulgencio Intxixu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Osoro in the 45th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s Damian Ibañez got a free kick in the 47th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s zone, Simon Loramendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulgencio Intxixu came out of the goal and Simon Loramendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelino Abreu was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s Fulgencio Intxixu got control of the ball when Ramon Piarres tried to sneak it across the goal line. A S Y A™ made a substitution. Isaias Florian replaced Albino Osoro. After 60 played minutes A S Y A™ got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Chayo. Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s Fulgencio Intxixu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Acuña in the 62nd minute of play. Ariel Chayo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Fulgencio Intxixu made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Loramendi in the 65th minute of play forced Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s goalkeeper Fulgencio Intxixu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s goalkeeper Fulgencio Intxixu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simon Loramendi. Santo Senin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Fulgencio Intxixu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Loramendi hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Florentino Jordy hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. A S Y A™'s Simon Loramendi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√. 90 minutes into the match, A S Y A™'s goal looked a bit too open when Astor Gaufred came free, but Santiago Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Raimundo Videl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santiago Lorien. A S Y A™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raimundo Videl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Isaias Florian received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fulgencio Intxixu came out and tried to block the shot, but Isaias Florian slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 94th minute.
