Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Reynaldo Pietro made the kick off and thus started the match. Luciano Estebano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Pietro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Grosso United's goalkeeper Saturnino Romo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismael Vela. Virgilio Quin hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Luciano Estebano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Pietro in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Natalio Peyo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grosso United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 22nd minute Ismael Vela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Romo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leandro Lorenz hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ascacibar-Pérez booed when Grosso United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Quin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luciano Estebano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Manny in the 29th minute of play. Ascacibar-Pérez's Luciano Estebano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Pietro in the 31st minute of play. Luciano Estebano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Quin, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 34 minutes into the game, Godofredo Manny was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grosso United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ascacibar-Pérez the free kick. In the 34th minute, Godofredo Manny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luciano Estebano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Pietro, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Quin in the 37th minute of play forced Ascacibar-Pérez's goalkeeper Luciano Estebano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saturnino Romo made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Ismael Vela sent off a good shot on target. The referee ignored Ascacibar-Pérez's protests and gave Ismael Vela a yellow card for diving instead. Ismael Vela hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reynaldo Pietro got free with Luciano Estebano in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustino Enol in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saturnino Romo saved Grosso United from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Quin in the 64th minute of play forced Ascacibar-Pérez's goalkeeper Luciano Estebano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ismael Vela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Saturnino Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute of the match Ascacibar-Pérez got a corner. Grosso United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ismael Vela ran over to the corner to take the kick. Reynaldo Pietro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luciano Estebano came out and tried to block the shot, but Reynaldo Pietro slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 73rd minute. After a rather tough play, Ascacibar-Pérez's Pedro Frascuelo got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 83rd minute, Reynaldo Pietro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano Estebano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Luciano Estebano was a little too slow when Godofredo Manny got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-4. 90 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Pietro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luciano Estebano. Ascacibar-Pérez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reynaldo Pietro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 93 minutes into the match, Virgilio Quin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luciano Estebano, 0-6. Grosso United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
