Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Moises Oto kicked off to start the match. Miguel Sancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Gorka, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 8th match minute, Bustick Sport was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Caton to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Sancho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Primitivo Gorka went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Miguel Sancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Gorka in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Newells Old Boys's goalkeeper Miguel Sancho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Newells Old Boys defense, Primitivo Gorka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miguel Sancho. The Newells Old Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miguel Sancho should have stopped the shot. Damaso Teofilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mingo Torrente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Bustick Sport's Damaso Teofilio got control of the ball when Guillermo Ovando tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Primitivo Gorka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Miguel Sancho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Oto in the 35th minute of play forced Newells Old Boys's goalkeeper Miguel Sancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Gorka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Sancho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Primitivo Gorka sped through Newells Old Boys's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Miguel Sancho. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mingo Torrente was the one to do the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Maximino Martino in the 53rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Bustick Sport's Hipolito Faro. Miguel Sancho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Oto in the 58th minute. After 66 minutes of play, Bustick Sport's Primitivo Gorka made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miguel Sancho was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Primitivo Gorka kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Miguel Sancho. That made the score 0-7 in the 70 minute of play. After 74 minutes, Mingo Torrente made it 1-7 with a short kick to the right side. Bustick Sport's Damaso Teofilio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 79 minutes into the game, Nestor Tabb was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Newells Old Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bustick Sport the free kick. Nestor Tabb kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 89 minutes, Guillermo Ovando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newells Old Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillermo Ovando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nestor Tabb was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 96 minutes of play, Newells Old Boys's Mingo Torrente made it 2-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damaso Teofilio was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over Bustick Sport could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Newells Old Boys throughout the match.
