In the 6th minute, Timoteo Aragones got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zeledon Lordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Hourani, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Jedi Knights's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Dubardo came free, but Zeledon Lordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes Jedi Knights's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Raul Transito who took care of the corner kick. Dedê Koehler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Zeledon Lordi made a huge save. Zeledon Lordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Quirze in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Jedi Knights's Timoteo Aragones nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Conrado Eder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Zeledon Lordi made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Erubiel Dubardo sent off a good shot on target. Zeledon Lordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Quirze in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in GARIBALDI FC's zone, Ezequiel Dacio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Eder came out of the goal and Ezequiel Dacio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Tiburcio Montez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jedi Knights's Orlando Pio in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Erubiel Dubardo scored 1-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeledon Lordi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Quirze in the 60th minute of play forced Jedi Knights's goalkeeper Zeledon Lordi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timoteo Aragones got free with Conrado Eder in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Timoteo Aragones's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conrado Eder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Zeledon Lordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Constancio, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After a defensive mix-up in GARIBALDI FC's zone, Tiburcio Montez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Eder came out of the goal and Tiburcio Montez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. GARIBALDI FC's Gaby Gol was substituted for Eduard Hourani. In the 77th minute, Dedê Koehler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeledon Lordi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 83rd minute Ruperto Quirze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Lordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute Erubiel Dubardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Lordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Eder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Aragones in the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that GARIBALDI FC were the better team. GARIBALDI FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
