In the 5th minute Nemesio Lander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Berbiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lobos's Rafael Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Indar in the 11th minute of play. After 24 played minutes Lobos got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Haritzeder. 25 minutes into the match, Arnoldo Mogel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafael Berbiz. Lobos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnoldo Mogel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Lobos's Rafael Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Blai in the 29th minute of play. Rafael Berbiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gregorio Blai's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 41st minute, Gregorio Blai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Berbiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Rafael Berbiz came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by La Acade's Gregorio Blai. But to his dismay, Gregorio Blai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marco Indar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Lobos getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Anastasio Benitez hit a great ball. Marco Indar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rafael Berbiz came out and tried to block the shot, but Marco Indar slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 52nd minute. Rafael Berbiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gregorio Blai in the 62nd minute. Lobos's Rafael Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Roldanillo in the 63rd minute of play. Rafael Berbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Mogel in the 66th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregorio Blai got free with Rafael Berbiz in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rafael Berbiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Roldanillo in the 73rd minute of play. Rafael Berbiz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Mogel went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Rafael Berbiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gregorio Blai in the 78th minute. Rafael Berbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Roldanillo in the 79th minute of the match. Marco Indar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnoldo Mogel got free with Rafael Berbiz in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th match minute, Lobos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Chesus to maneuver through the defense. Gregorio Blai succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-8 in the 90th playminute. Cayetano Roldanillo charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cayetano Roldanillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th match minute, La Acade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Roldanillo to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over La Acade could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lobos throughout the match.
