Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gaston Haritzeder started the match with the kick off. Lobos's Rafael Berbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Nuñez in the 6th minute of play. Gaston Haritzeder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Guaberto Cebo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Insúa in the 13th minute of play forced Lobos's goalkeeper Rafael Berbiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Berbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Clemencin in the 14th minute of the match. Rafael Berbiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Nuñez, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Chesus during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Quitilipi booed when Lobos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Chesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafael Berbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Nuñez in the 27th minute of the match. Federico Insúa took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Berbiz. Rafael Berbiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Gaston Haritzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guaberto Cebo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Honorato Prejun hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, Lobos's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Clementi came free, but Rafael Berbiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Berbiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Nuñez in the 38th minute of play. The Lobos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Quitilipi were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Federico Insúa to make the kick off. Clodoveo Llorian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guaberto Cebo having to make a save. 60 minutes into the match, Lobos's goalkeeper Rafael Berbiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Insúa. 61 minutes into the match, Lobos's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Clementi came free, but Rafael Berbiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lobos's Gaston Haritzeder got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guaberto Cebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Haritzeder in the 65th minute of play. In the 67thth minute of the game Teodoro Chesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quitilipi's Guaberto Cebo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 68 minutes Quitilipi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Clodoveo Llorian who took care of the corner kick. 73 minutes into the match, Quitilipi's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Llorian came free, but Guaberto Cebo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Berbiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Nuñez in the 77th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anastasio Benitez during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Robustiano Clementi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urbano Nuñez scored 0-2 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Berbiz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafael Berbiz was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Urbano Nuñez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Urbano Nuñez really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. The Lobos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Quitilipi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
