Spectators: 146 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zeledon Orland kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Fecha Libre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Oidor to maneuver through the defense. After 4 played minutes, Chimborazo A.F.C's Camilo Berdaitz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Franco Armanca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chimborazo A.F.C reached it. Eugenio Tome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Salvator having to interfere. A collision led to Fecha Libre getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Remigio Monte hit a great ball. 12 minutes in the game Aurelio Bermudo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tiburcio Tello. Edgard Sadurni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute of the game Aurelio Bermudo made a throw-in which Vladimiro Chuse played forward. Edgard Sadurni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chimborazo A.F.C's Raul Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Sadurni in the 21st minute of play. Franco Armanca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Tello in the 27th minute of the match. In the 34th minute Edgard Sadurni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Salvator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38thth minute of the game Camilo Berdaitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fecha Libre's Franco Armanca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 42 minutes of play, Chimborazo A.F.C's Zeledon Behe made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Franco Armanca was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 46th minute Edgard Sadurni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Salvator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Arnulfo Procopio made the kick off in the second half. Raul Salvator made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Sadurni in the 52nd minute of play. After having played for 55 minutes, Edgard Sadurni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fecha Libre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgard Sadurni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raul Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Sadurni in the 55th minute of the match. Franco Armanca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Behe in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Sadurni in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raul Salvator saved Chimborazo A.F.C from getting behind. Fecha Libre's Franco Armanca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Fecha Libre from getting a goal against them. Blas Donostia kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Zeledon Behe could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Franco Armanca however easily saved by the left post. Remigio Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Camilo Berdaitz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Franco Armanca quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Aurelio Bermudo made in the 78th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tiburcio Tello immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Tello in the 79th minute of play forced Fecha Libre's goalkeeper Franco Armanca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes in the game Vladimiro Chuse did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tiburcio Tello. Pedro Caitano struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Raul Salvator didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fecha Libre. Arnulfo Procopio charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnulfo Procopio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Chimborazo A.F.C getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Arnulfo Procopio hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiburcio Tello got free with Franco Armanca in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Caitano hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Chimborazo A.F.C were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
