Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Carlos Lawrence made the kick off which started today's match. Raul Salvator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Lawrence, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rebentala FC's Carlos Lawrence in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chimborazo A.F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Raul Salvator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Lawrence, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Elpidio Pancho was a little too slow when Arnulfo Procopio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. Julio Jaunti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Chimborazo A.F.C booed when Rebentala FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute Arnulfo Procopio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Pancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elpidio Pancho was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Arnulfo Procopio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arnulfo Procopio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Raul Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Lawrence in the 26th minute of the match. After having played for 28 minutes, Carlos Lawrence managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rebentala FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Lawrence was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elpidio Pancho made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Zeledon Behe sent off a good shot on target. After 35 played minutes Rebentala FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Isauro. Arnulfo Procopio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Elpidio Pancho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute of the match, Zeledon Behe got a very nice opportunity to score, but Elpidio Pancho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnulfo Procopio made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Arnulfo Procopio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elpidio Pancho was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Jacinto Isauro hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, Rebentala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Berdaitz came free, but Elpidio Pancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elpidio Pancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Behe, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After some careless play in the Rebentala FC defense, Samuel Oton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elpidio Pancho. The Rebentala FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elpidio Pancho should have stopped the shot. Carlos Lawrence's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raul Salvator read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Zeledon Behe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chimborazo A.F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Raul Salvator was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Carlos Lawrence capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carlos Lawrence really showed his touch with that goal: 6-1. Raul Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Lawrence in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84thth minute of the game Zeledon Behe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rebentala FC's Elpidio Pancho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes in the game, Julio Jaunti fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Raul Salvator having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Rebentala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Tello came free, but Elpidio Pancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnulfo Procopio in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elpidio Pancho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chimborazo A.F.C's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
