Lorenzo Huly made in the 5th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Marcelo Fernendo immediately put the ball in play. Agustin Baristo hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. When Mario Pobersnik came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Pobersnik couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Wasabi FC's Sonny Safer got control of the ball when Mario Pobersnik tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Mateo Romero fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wasabi FC's protests and gave Mateo Romero a yellow card for diving instead. Mateo Romero hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 13 minutes of play, lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's Mario Pobersnik made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sonny Safer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lorenzo Huly made in the 15th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Marcelo Fernendo immediately put the ball in play. Sonny Safer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Galindo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. If Eulalio Orkatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Sonny Safer managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's Mario Pobersnik fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Silvano Argenis kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's Primitivo Galindo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sonny Safer. Sonny Safer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Sonny Safer was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Primitivo Galindo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Primitivo Galindo really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 37 minutes into the match, Wasabi FC's goalkeeper Sonny Safer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Pobersnik. After 39 minutes, Domingos Quinto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano and the Wasabi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Domingos Quinto hit a great ball. With a little luck, Wasabi FC's Sonny Safer got control of the ball when Mario Pobersnik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Primitivo Galindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Sonny Safer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sonny Safer made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Mario Pobersnik sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's Sonny Safer threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alberto Avellaneda, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Pobersnik got free with Sonny Safer in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Primitivo Galindo was the one to do the kick off. Sonny Safer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Pobersnik's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Sonny Safer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Pobersnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. With 54 minutes on the clock, Agustin Baristo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wasabi FC! Sonny Safer went to the wrong direction when Faustino Lopez was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 58thth minute of the game Mario Pobersnik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wasabi FC's Sonny Safer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sonny Safer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Avellaneda in the 62nd minute of the match. A collision led to Wasabi FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Javier Salvatore hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Domingos Quinto in the 65th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Wasabi FC's Mateo Romero. Domingos Quinto made in the 66th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mario Pobersnik immediately put the ball in play. Sonny Safer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Fernendo in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Wasabi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Pobersnik came free, but Sonny Safer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sonny Safer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Galindo in the 71st minute of the match. Domingos Quinto made in the 75th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mario Pobersnik immediately put the ball in play. Sonny Safer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Pobersnik in the 76th minute of play. Domingos Quinto made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Wasabi FC's Mateo Romero. In the 86th minute Javier Salvatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Harriet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Pobersnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sonny Safer having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Wasabi FC's zone, Mario Pobersnik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sonny Safer came out of the goal and Mario Pobersnik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sonny Safer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Fernendo in the 95th minute of play. Mateo Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
