With a little luck, LOS MENTI's Teodosio Isauro got control of the ball when Manuel Enol tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 9 minutes of play, LOS MENTI's Omar Cuartio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patricio Gartxot was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's goalkeeper Teodosio Isauro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernan Olayo. A collision led to LOS MENTI getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Omar Cuartio hit a great ball. LOS MENTI's Teodosio Isauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Acuña in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Miliano in the 21st minute of play forced Tama's goalkeeper Patricio Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodosio Isauro came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tama's Leonardo Claude. But to his dismay, Leonardo Claude quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After some careless play in the LOS MENTI defense, Manuel Enol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodosio Isauro. The LOS MENTI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodosio Isauro should have stopped the shot. In the 32nd minute Omar Cuartio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Silvanito kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Patricio Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Tulio in the 34th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernan Olayo got free with Teodosio Isauro in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Leonardo Claude came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Tama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Claude couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Tama booed when LOS MENTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natalio Guillelmus didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Tama's Valentin Senen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodosio Isauro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. LOS MENTI were furious when Paolo Ezkerra was red carded, 48 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 48th minute, one of LOS MENTI:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LOS MENTI.

Valentin Senen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 60 minutes, Joaquin Miliano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS MENTI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquin Miliano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valentin Senen took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodosio Isauro. Teodosio Isauro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Teodosio Isauro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Senen, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Teodosio Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Claude in the 69th minute of play. Teodosio Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Claude, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Eleazar's late challenge caught a LOS MENTI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Eleazar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 75th match minute, Tama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Eleazar to maneuver through the defense. Tama's Maximo Bizen was substituted for Benigno Frans. Rigoberto Eleazar kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ismael Tulio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patricio Gartxot. Tama's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 79th minute, Orlando Walme had to leave the field with a concussion. When Melquiades Christobal fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tama's protests and gave Melquiades Christobal a yellow card for diving instead. Melquiades Christobal kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 85th minute Maximo Bizen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Isauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The LOS MENTI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodosio Isauro should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Tama players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
