CA Trapito's Teofilo Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarbas Dantas in the 31st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jarbas Dantas got free with Teofilo Faro in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 69th minute Jarbas Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Faro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Urbano Curcio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. A collision led to Pegaso getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Urbano Curcio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Guillelmo in the 73rd minute of play forced Pegaso's goalkeeper Pastor Mino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pastor Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Salvator in the 74th minute of play. After a rather tough play, CA Trapito's Erasmo Guillelmus got a free kick in the 84th minute. The supporters of CA Trapito booed when Pegaso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Esdras didn't get a good kick on the ball.
