Ciclista FC's Crişan Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Lico in the 4th minute of play. Rigoberto Flores fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Peruxu having to interfere. Crişan Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Wick in the 8th minute of play. Anier Peruxu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lv Ang Si showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Hurboc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Iago to maneuver through the defense. Crişan Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Lico, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Crişan Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Mikelats in the 21st minute of play. Primitivo Mikelats took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Crişan Taffarel. Crişan Taffarel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Cosme Thomas hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Anier Peruxu made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Lv Ang Si sent off a good shot on target. Cenan Savlet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Peruxu having to interfere. Anier Peruxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lv Ang Si, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Flores kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. A collision led to Ciclista FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Serafin Cidro hit a great ball. Crişan Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Thomas in the 41st minute of play. Lorenzo Lico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Crişan Taffarel having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Lico made a kick off. Lorenzo Lico's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Crişan Taffarel firmly grabbed it by the left post. 63 minutes into the match, Hurboc's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Flores came free, but Anier Peruxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Ciclista FC's Crişan Taffarel got control of the ball when Lorenzo Lico tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ciclista FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Lorenzo Lico scored to the left of an out of position Crişan Taffarel, making the score, 2-2. After 68 minutes, Werner van Dam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hurboc and the Ciclista FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 68 played minutes Hurboc got a freekick which was hit by Werner van Dam. In the 70th minute Primitivo Mikelats shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Crişan Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amador Francesco's late challenge caught a Hurboc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Francesco helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Ciclista FC got a freekick which was hit by Amador Francesco. Werner van Dam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lorenzo Lico in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Crişan Taffarel saved Ciclista FC from getting behind. 76 minutes into the match, Ciclista FC's goalkeeper Crişan Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cosme Thomas. In the 77th minute Cenan Savlet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Peruxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Primitivo Mikelats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lorenzo Lico got free with Crişan Taffarel in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute Amador Francesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Peruxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute Primitivo Mikelats shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Crişan Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Wick in the 88th minute of play forced Ciclista FC's goalkeeper Crişan Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Crişan Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Wick, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After a rather tough play, Ciclista FC's Lv Ang Si got a free kick in the 91st minute.
