In the 6th minute, Dario Benedetto made a precise shot to the right of Ignacio Bessone. Centenario Bohemio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Amador Francesco scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignacio Bessone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ignacio Bessone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Flores in the 19th minute of play. Centenario Bohemio's Ignacio Bessone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Flores in the 25th minute of play. Crişan Taffarel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Becker in the 30th minute. A collision led to Centenario Bohemio getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Nicolas Mosca hit a great ball. Ignacio Bessone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cenan Savlet in the 34th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Cenan Savlet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ignacio Bessone. Centenario Bohemio's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cenan Savlet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 39th minute of the match, Robinson Paterson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Crişan Taffarel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ciclista FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nicolas Mosca was slow to take the kick. During this time Centenario Bohemio's players had a chance to rest. Ignacio Bessone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Benedetto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ignacio Bessone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Benedetto in the 47th minute of play.

52 minutes into the game, Robinson Paterson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Crişan Taffarel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 55th match minute, Ciclista FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Francesco to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Centenario Bohemio's Ignacio Bessone got control of the ball when Dario Benedetto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute, Rigoberto Flores hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ciclista FC's Isidro Cordara got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Ciclista FC's Dario Benedetto was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 65th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Diego Becker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lisandro Beti lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Centenario Bohemio getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Lisandro Beti hit a great ball. Amador Francesco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ignacio Bessone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cenan Savlet in the 85th minute of play forced Centenario Bohemio's goalkeeper Ignacio Bessone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Centenario Bohemio booed when Ciclista FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Osorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Centenario Bohemio's Nicolas Mosca couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ciclista FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robinson Paterson in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Crişan Taffarel saved Ciclista FC from getting behind. 93 minutes into the match, Centenario Bohemio's goal looked a bit too open when Cenan Savlet came free, but Ignacio Bessone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Robinson Paterson came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Centenario Bohemio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robinson Paterson couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ciclista FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
