In the 3rd minute, Silvestre Jakue hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Newpi Academy defense, Silvestre Jakue kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benji Price. The Newpi Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benji Price should have stopped the shot. 14 minutes into the game, Arsenio Maldonado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Benji Price was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 23 played minutes Newpi Academy got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Neron. 24 minutes into the game, Arsenio Maldonado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ZORZAL01's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newpi Academy the free kick. Arsenio Maldonado hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. When Julian Iratzeder fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ZORZAL01's protests and gave Julian Iratzeder a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th match minute, ZORZAL01 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Iratzeder to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Newpi Academy's Clemente Neron got a free kick in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Maldonado in the 34th minute of play forced Newpi Academy's goalkeeper Benji Price to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Jaunzuria in the 35th minute of play forced Newpi Academy's goalkeeper Benji Price to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauricio Maura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgard Quintun went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Cuartio got free with Mauricio Maura in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benji Price came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by ZORZAL01's Silvestre Jakue. But to his dismay, Silvestre Jakue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 46th minute Arsenio Maldonado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benji Price saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Honorio Quico was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Arsenio Maldonado took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Benji Price to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to ZORZAL01 getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Arsenio Maldonado hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Jaunzuria got free with Benji Price in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauricio Maura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Quintun in the 64th minute of the match. Arsenio Maldonado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Benji Price made a huge save. When Edgardo Nardo fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ZORZAL01's protests and gave Edgardo Nardo a yellow card for diving instead. Edgardo Nardo hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 73rd play minute Silvestre Jakue came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benji Price. 1-5. Benji Price showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Maldonado in the 79th minute of the match. Silvestre Jakue could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Benji Price made a huge save. Mauricio Maura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Santiago in the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Quintun in the 83rd minute of play forced ZORZAL01's goalkeeper Mauricio Maura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benji Price showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Quico in the 84th minute of the match. Benji Price took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Jakue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Arsenio Maldonado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benji Price. The goal made the score 1-6. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Benji Price successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ZORZAL01 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
