Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Damian Precioso started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Guillermo Tabb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 6 minutes, Damian Precioso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piratas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Precioso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alvaro Martxot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 13 played minutes Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Casomiro. Errecaborda AFC were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Piratas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jonatan Ursino took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jonatan Ursino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Victorino Gaufred quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Errecaborda AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Guillermo Tabb hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Errecaborda AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Damian Precioso fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Alvaro Martxot fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piratas FC's protests and gave Alvaro Martxot a yellow card for diving instead. Alvaro Martxot hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Piratas FC's Damian Precioso got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Damian Precioso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 32nd minute, but Gustavo Sauveur got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Errecaborda AFC hanging dry this time. After 47 minutes, Damian Precioso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piratas FC and the Errecaborda AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Piratas FC's Damian Precioso got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The supporters of Errecaborda AFC booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Aimar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustavo Sauveur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Martxot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Venceslao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Eztebe in the 88th minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Victorino Gaufred to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
