A collision led to ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Domingos Kemen hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the game, Piratas FC's Alvaro Martxot nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hector Cambranes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 6th minute Amadeo Francesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Cambranes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Precioso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Hector Cambranes made a huge save. Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ángel Romero in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ's goalkeeper Hector Cambranes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeo Francesco. After 26 played minutes Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Martxot. In the 34th minute of the match, Damian Precioso got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hector Cambranes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. ᴡɪʟᴅᴇxʜᴀᴍ ꜰᴄ's Hector Cambranes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Francesco in the 38th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Nereo Blasco in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Piratas FC's David Aimar. Damian Precioso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Hector Cambranes made a huge save. Hector Cambranes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Martxot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hector Cambranes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damian Precioso in the 45th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Damian Precioso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hector Cambranes, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
