Israel Goiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, PATADAS S.A's goalkeeper Nestor Ofelio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eloy Dimas. Nestor Ofelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Frances, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 23rd minute, Arnaldo Ekain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute of the match, Eloy Dimas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nestor Ofelio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Amado Urre fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PATADAS S.A's protests and gave Amado Urre a yellow card for diving instead. Nestor Ofelio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 42nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Edelmiro Silban showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Although Trinchera FC had been in control for most of the match, PATADAS S.A still came away with the win.
