The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Bernard got free with Zeledon Ramone in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo booed when Black Sky FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Tavio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th match minute, Black Sky FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Maore to maneuver through the defense. Doctor Khumalo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Oscar Passet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Tavio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Sebastian Gorbea in the 26th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Zeledon Ramone was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Black Sky FC through an amazing save. Zeledon Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Gorbea in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Jorge Rodriguez hit a great ball. Sebastian Gorbea's late challenge caught a Black Sky FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Gorbea helped the player get up and apologised. After 38 played minutes C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Gorbea. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Black Sky FC the free kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Zeledon Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Gorbea in the 52nd minute of play. Zeledon Ramone came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Sebastian Gorbea. But to his dismay, Sebastian Gorbea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A collision led to C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Jorge Rodriguez hit a great ball. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Oscar Passet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Santana in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Black Sky FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Gorbea came free, but Zeledon Ramone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sebastian Gorbea got free in front of the goal in the 63rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Zeledon Ramone was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Black Sky FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Gorbea came free, but Zeledon Ramone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Sebastian Gorbea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Zeledon Ramone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Saturnino Justin was substituted for Fabian Bernard. A collision led to C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Jorge Rodriguez hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Jorge Rodriguez got a free kick in the 76th minute. Oscar Passet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Telesforo, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Ladislao Frisco charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ladislao Frisco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd minute, Ladislao Frisco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Black Sky FC defense, Saturnino Justin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zeledon Ramone. The Black Sky FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Ramone should have stopped the shot. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Saturnino Justin got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Saturnino Justin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Black Sky FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
