Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Ripa FC's Rogelio Confesor started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ildefonso Bordat's late challenge caught a Inter Miami CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ildefonso Bordat helped the player get up and apologised. If Andy Johnson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Guido Maties took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Simon Martxelin to make any attempt to save it. After 46 played minutes Ripa FC got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Gutierrez. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guido Maties to make the kick off.
