An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Ayala in the 10th minute of play forced Sacronas Futbol Club's goalkeeper Jorge Iribarren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustaquio Tabor in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Daniel Abeitia hit a great ball. Eustaquio Tabor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Sacronas Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Eagles came free, but Jorge Iribarren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabricio Nahia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Tabor in the 34th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Tabor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Fabricio Nahia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute Casimiro Ayala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Iribarren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabricio Nahia stood somewhat misplaced when Eustaquio Tabor came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 43 minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Casimiro Ayala was the one to do the kick off. San Fernando Eagles's Domingo Peron was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jorge Iribarren in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Daniel Abeitia kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind San Fernando Eagles's goalkeeper Fabricio Nahia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabricio Nahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Tabor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hector Pagomari fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Fernando Eagles's protests and gave Hector Pagomari a yellow card for diving instead. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabricio Nahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Tabor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, San Fernando Eagles's Rodrigo Lartaun got a free kick in the 94th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sacronas Futbol Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while San Fernando Eagles had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
