The crowd rose to their feet as Gregorio Tanio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baldomero Asteri. That made the score 2-1 in the 31 minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Edorta came free, but Baldomero Asteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomero Asteri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emiliano Lamberto in the 39th minute. When Elpidio Jorrin came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Despidida AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Jorrin couldn't finish the play. Albino Argider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elpidio Jorrin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Cipriano Cugat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Baldomero Asteri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Edorta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the game, Teodoro Kepa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baraja Española FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Despidida AFC the free kick. Teodoro Kepa hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
