Leonel Monico started the match with the kick off. Aaron Mero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th minute, Gep FC's Antonello Bartolomucci ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aaron Mero. Aaron Mero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Aaron Mero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Martxel, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Yofré AFC's Aaron Mero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Yofré AFC from getting a goal against them. Humberto Martxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Aaron Mero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Yofré AFC's Aaron Mero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Martxel in the 51st minute of play. After 65 played minutes Gep FC got a freekick which was hit by Antonello Bartolomucci. After a defensive mix-up in Yofré AFC's zone, Humberto Martxel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aaron Mero came out of the goal and Humberto Martxel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Yofré AFC defense, Ali Yılmaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aaron Mero. The Yofré AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aaron Mero should have stopped the shot. 73 minutes into the game, Gep FC's Ali Yılmaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aaron Mero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Antonello Bartolomucci took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aaron Mero. Aaron Mero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Cornelio Nardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Tipi, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Yofré AFC's Aaron Mero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Martxel in the 89th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Yofré AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gep FC.
