Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Gaston Javiar made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Fortinducto's goalkeeper Tomás Montel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delmar Duarte. Camilo Marin hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Leonides Jerold hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Fortinducto's Tomás Montel got control of the ball when Delmar Duarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. Horacio Behe charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horacio Behe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 17 played minutes, Fortinducto's Baldomiro Elizardo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Primitivo Aballe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fortinducto reached it. After having played for 19 minutes, Delmar Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furia Calamar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmar Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Baldomiro Elizardo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Furia Calamar's Primitivo Aballe. Primitivo Aballe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 25 played minutes Furia Calamar got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Marin. 26 minutes into the game, Salvador Lizar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fortinducto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Furia Calamar the free kick. The supporters of Furia Calamar booed when Fortinducto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Lizar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Montel was a little too slow when Camilo Marin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-1. 35 minutes into the match, Furia Calamar's Erubiel Matthew sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomás Montel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Fortinducto's zone, Ronaldo Martínez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Montel came out of the goal and Ronaldo Martínez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Furia Calamar's Primitivo Aballe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Javiar in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute Salvador Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Aballe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Camilo Marin was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute Aureliano Odilon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Aballe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Furia Calamar's Primitivo Aballe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Odilon in the 62nd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Arnoldo Pirro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Primitivo Aballe. The goal made the score 2-2. A collision led to Fortinducto getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Salvador Lizar hit a great ball. Lisandro Erasto kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Duarte in the 78th minute of play forced Fortinducto's goalkeeper Tomás Montel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ambrosio Herena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrosio Herena in the 80th minute of play forced Fortinducto's goalkeeper Tomás Montel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Lizar hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Furia Calamar fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fortinducto had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
