Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benedicto Chale in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomás Montel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Benedicto Chale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tomás Montel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Chale in the 12th minute of play. Isidoro Dolfos made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Samuel Aballe sent off a good shot on target. Isidoro Dolfos didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 21st minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. With 25 minutes on the clock, Leonides Jerold commited a dangerous tackle. After 35 minutes Fortinducto's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vladimiro Remigio who took care of the corner kick. 42 minutes into the match, Samuel Aballe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Isidoro Dolfos, 2-2. The audience was convinced that Benedicto Chale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomás Montel was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. When Justo Paublo fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Almirante Brown's protests and gave Justo Paublo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Club Almirante Brown getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Benedicto Chale hit a great ball. Benedicto Chale's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Tomás Montel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fortinducto's Justino Palos was substituted for Samuel Aballe. Club Almirante Brown's Federico Quinteros was substituted for Severo Venceslas. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
