An unexpectedly hard shot by Gino Custódio in the 4th minute of play forced Palermo AFC's goalkeeper Severino Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severino Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Custódio in the 4th minute of play. But to his dismay, Gino Custódio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Palermo AFC's Tobias Sasoin got a free kick in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Lalla came free, but Severino Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentin Jaunzuria's late challenge caught a Palermo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Jaunzuria helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Palermo AFC booed when De Boedo Vengo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Jaunzuria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salim Adas came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Palermo AFC's Israel Odilon. But to his dismay, Israel Odilon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After some careless play in the Palermo AFC defense, Gino Custódio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severino Barros. The Palermo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severino Barros should have stopped the shot. Severino Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Urtungo in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gino Custódio in the 33rd minute of play forced Palermo AFC's goalkeeper Severino Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Salim Adas managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Palermo AFC's Israel Odilon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Romeo Urtungo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severino Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Urtungo in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Romeo Urtungo made a precise shot to the right of Severino Barros. Palermo AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Israel Odilon to make the kick off. A collision led to De Boedo Vengo getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Cristian Kemen hit a great ball. When Palermo AFC's Israel Odilon in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye De Boedo Vengo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 61st minute of the match Teodosio Stanislao shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salim Adas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Severino Barros was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fulgencio Lalla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 65 minute of play. Severino Barros was a little too slow when Fulgencio Lalla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-5. Gino Custódios short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Severino Barros to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Severino Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Urtungo in the 75th minute of play. Gino Custódio's late challenge caught a Palermo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godofredo Gabon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salim Adas having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Gino Custódio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Everardo Esquipula during the 88th minute. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. De Boedo Vengo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
