Eduardo Jordy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastián Izquierdo's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Moises Pereyra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martín Izquierdo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to La Bichineta getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Agustin Isauro hit a great ball. Eduardo Jordy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Perrando in the 31st minute of play. La Bichineta's Eduardo Jordy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastián Izquierdo in the 32nd minute of play. Martín Izquierdo made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Joaquin Lore sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, La Bichineta's Cayetano Cedro got a free kick in the 36th minute. Eduardo Jordy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benicio Izquierdo went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 42 minutes of play, La Bichineta's Joaquin Lore made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martín Izquierdo was left in no man's land by his defense there!

Christian Izquierdo struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Eduardo Jordy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Martin Palermo F.C..
