In the 4th minute, Patricio Vedillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Vedillo came free, but Hermengildo Montrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nueva Bodega's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fernando Maore in the 9th minute. The corner led to Nueva Bodega's Martin Sotero getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 11th minute, Dante Ondino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ambrosio Ignazio in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermengildo Montrel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Hermengildo Montrel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Rio Tercero from getting a goal against them. After 24 played minutes Nueva Bodega got a freekick which was hit by Denis Basualdo. Santos Olayo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jose Sidoro. Nueva Bodega's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Nueva Bodega's Ambrosio Ignazio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hermengildo Montrel. That made the score 2-0 after 29 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Ibañez in the 40th minute of play forced Nueva Bodega's goalkeeper Jose Sidoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goalkeeper Hermengildo Montrel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dante Ondino made in the 45th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Candido Abad. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After having played for 51 minutes, Leonides Odilon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Rio Tercero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonides Odilon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 53 minutes, Patricio Vedillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nueva Bodega and the Club Atletico Rio Tercero players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patricio Vedillo kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Hermengildo Montrel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ambrosio Ignazio's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Nueva Bodega's Jose Sidoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Odilon in the 58th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Nueva Bodega's Ambrosio Ignazio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hermengildo Montrel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leonides Odilon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jose Sidoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, Nueva Bodega's Ambrosio Ignazio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermengildo Montrel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Pueblo in the 72nd minute of play forced Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goalkeeper Hermengildo Montrel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Sidoro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejandro Ibañez in the 81st minute. Nueva Bodega's Jose Sidoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Odilon in the 83rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Ibañez got free with Jose Sidoro in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dante Ondino during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
