The Unidad de Matanza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Octavio Raymond should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Rios in the 51st minute of play forced FC Ferrauda's goalkeeper Timoteo Lando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timoteo Lando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Rios in the 51st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Rios in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timoteo Lando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Benicio Turi fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ferrauda's protests and gave Benicio Turi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th minute, Benicio Turi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Unidad de Matanza's Octavio Raymond proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Unidad de Matanza from getting a goal against them. 69 minutes into the match, Segundo Delfino notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Ferrauda's Timoteo Lando. Timoteo Lando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Octavio Raymond didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severino Malvin went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Severino Malvin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Octavio Raymond made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severino Malvin in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octavio Raymond prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Severino Malvin managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ferrauda's supporters rose to their feet, but Severino Malvin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavio Raymond breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 87 played minutes Unidad de Matanza got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Bakar. Timoteo Lando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Rios in the 89th minute of the match. Severino Malvin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Octavio Raymond made a huge save. The FC Ferrauda supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Ferrauda would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
