The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of MOEBIO booed when XENEIXES FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Colas didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, MOEBIO's Aquiles Castulo got control of the ball when 彭骏星 tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, XENEIXES FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Ipar came free, but Ignacy Niewiadomski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquiles Castulo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 彭骏星 in the 15th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Andres Rub got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 30 played minutes MOEBIO got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Acuña. 33 minutes into the game, one of XENEIXES FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ignacy Niewiadomski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Neron, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Jairo Leoncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Andres Rub managed to get in a good position for a shot. XENEIXES FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres Rub was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquiles Castulo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Rub recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bebeto Reno was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Andres Rub got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jairo Leoncio struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Aquiles Castulo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for XENEIXES FC. 61 minutes into the match, XENEIXES FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Ipar came free, but Ignacy Niewiadomski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. XENEIXES FC's Ignacy Niewiadomski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save XENEIXES FC from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute Andres Rub shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Castulo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute XENEIXES FC were awarded a corner. Leonides Furman went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Leonides Furman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MOEBIO's Aquiles Castulo did a great save. The supporters of MOEBIO booed when XENEIXES FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Leoncio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles Castulo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andres Rub went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Andres Rub struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Aquiles Castulo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for XENEIXES FC. Ignacy Niewiadomski came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by MOEBIO's Bebeto Reno. But to his dismay, Bebeto Reno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After 97 minutes, Julian Alvarez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the XENEIXES FC and the MOEBIO players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to XENEIXES FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Julian Alvarez hit a great ball. XENEIXES FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
