With a left leg Teofilo Maraman saved Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo from getting behind. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Amancio Jerrald got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-0. 9 minutes into the match. Teofilo Maraman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Richie in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute Luganeros AFC were awarded a corner. Gregorio Harriet went to the cornerflag to take it. Luganeros AFC's Artemio Iratze got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Iratze in the 18th minute of play forced Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's goalkeeper Teofilo Maraman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Luganeros AFC's Artemio Iratze nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teofilo Maraman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Teofilo Maraman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's goalkeeper Teofilo Maraman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. If Vicente Richie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vicente Botero made a kick off. Teofilo Maraman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artemio Iratze went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Artemio Iratze's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teofilo Maraman was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Artemio Iratze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teofilo Maraman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play.
