Gualterio Socorro made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ignacio Millano sent off a good shot on target. Nouvelle Vague's Gualterio Socorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Roganović in the 18th minute of play. With his leg Gualterio Socorro managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Juniors FC's Ignacio Millano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 27th minute Lucio Caetano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Gartzea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacio Millano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 29th playminute. After 32 played minutes Juniors FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Segio. In the 36th minute Ignacio Millano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Socorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Millano got free with Gualterio Socorro in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juniors FC's Leonardo Gartzea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Bernal in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucio Caetano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Luisito Bernal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Gartzea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Ederono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Lucio Caetano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonardo Gartzea was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 69th minute, Ignacio Millano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juniors FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Elpidio Bakar hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When Juniors FC's Ignacio Millano in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Juniors FC.
