Jonathan Atarrabi took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mieszko Bierfass. Mieszko Bierfass dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 8th minute, Gaspar Serapio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Berni y Benja FC's zone, Evelio Gagriel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaac Ibon came out of the goal and Evelio Gagriel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Berni y Benja FC fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Berni y Benja FC's Jonathan Atarrabi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 14 minutes of play Berni y Benja FC's Gaspar Serapio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Isaac Ibon made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Rene Giraldo sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute, Fulgencio Dino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jonathan Atarrabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Berni y Benja FC's Jonathan Atarrabi got a free kick in the 26th minute. Jonathan Atarrabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Mieszko Bierfass tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mateo Peruxu fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berni y Benja FC's protests and gave Mateo Peruxu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of san isidro booed when Berni y Benja FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Peruxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. san isidro's Mieszko Bierfass played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Formerio in the 37th minute of play. Berni y Benja FC were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after san isidro's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fidel Jesco took the corner. After taking down the ball on Berni y Benja FC's corner Fidel Jesco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mieszko Bierfass quite easily take care of the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rene Giraldo was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Atarrabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Bierfass having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, Berni y Benja FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Thomas to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Montrelle hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Berni y Benja FC's Silvano Geofredo was substituted for Eliseo Thomas. After 66 played minutes san isidro got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Montrelle. Ariel Obano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Isaac Ibon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ariel Obano managed to get in a good position for a shot. san isidro's supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Obano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaac Ibon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Berni y Benja FC's goalkeeper Isaac Ibon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mieszko Bierfass took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Geofredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Efrain Formerio charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efrain Formerio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Berni y Benja FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Efrain Formerio hit a great ball. Isaac Ibon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Montrelle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Efrain Formerio got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Berni y Benja FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Efrain Formerio hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Evelio Gagriel notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Berni y Benja FC's Isaac Ibon. Isaac Ibon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Evelio Gagriel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aurelio Montrelle came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the san isidro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Montrelle couldn't finish the play. san isidro succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Berni y Benja FC had controlled the match.
