Result 1-0. Dionisio Otsando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Denis Cidro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hermengildo Aresti was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Luisito Fernanco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hugo Gatti. That made the score 2-1 in the 46 minute of play. DξPΘЯΤIVØ 25 made a substitution. Adam Bareiro replaced Mario Cesaro. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonio Nordby in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Gatti saved DξPΘЯΤIVØ 25 from getting behind. Hugo Gatti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Nordby's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute Fulgencio Bilbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mateo Mantzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deportivo Pergamino's Hermengildo Aresti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Pergamino from getting a goal against them. Adam Bareiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hermengildo Aresti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Asko Välk during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
