Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After taking down the ball on Real Còrdoba FC's corner Fernando Abascal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Godfredo Frascuelo quite easily take care of the ball. Baldomero Ugaitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Lehior went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Echezonachukwu Håland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oflador FC 2003's Godfredo Frascuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Echezonachukwu Håland in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th match minute, Oflador FC 2003 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Brais to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Oflador FC 2003's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcelino Bidun was slow to take the kick. During this time Oflador FC 2003's players had a chance to rest. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Echezonachukwu Håland to strike the kick off in the second half. Real Còrdoba FC's Baldomero Ugaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Real Còrdoba FC from getting a goal against them. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Oflador FC 2003 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
