Jesus Flor was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Narciso Bertassi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Teodelina FC's Eliseo Gaufred got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Jesus Flor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Echeverri in the 24th minute. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Gavino Egoi took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jesus Flor to make any attempt to save it. 33 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goalkeeper Jesus Flor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Narciso Bertassi. Claudio Echeverri received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jesus Flor came out and tried to block the shot, but Claudio Echeverri slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 37th minute. In the 41st minute, Narciso Bertassi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jesus Flor. The goal made the score 4-0. 45 minutes into the game, Oscar Ruggeri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Teodelina FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cable a Tierra the free kick. Teodelina FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Narciso Bertassi 47 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narciso Bertassi made a kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Saverio Mercurio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cable a Tierra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saverio Mercurio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Teodelina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jesus Flor should have stopped the shot. Jesus Flor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Bertassi, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 72 played minutes Cable a Tierra got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Echeverri. Cable a Tierra made a substitution. Ahmet Kutsi Dirsehan replaced Narciso Bertassi. Jesus Flor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Kutsi Dirsehan in the 77th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Cable a Tierra players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
