Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Equipo's Anacleto Maore started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Orlando Leoiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Faron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, Arlo Albiz notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Equipo's Orlando Leoiar. Orlando Leoiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Equipo's Orlando Leoiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilesindo Tarapiella in the 12th minute of play. Equipo's Armando Florin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Caaguazu. Gilesindo Tarapiella took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando Leoiar. Orlando Leoiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Gilesindo Tarapiella blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orlando Leoiar having to make a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 19 minutes into the game, when Leonardo Jaume put in a rough tackle. Leonardo Jaume kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Orlando Leoiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Faron, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Equipo's zone, Gilesindo Tarapiella stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orlando Leoiar came out of the goal and Gilesindo Tarapiella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Godofredo Caradaro kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Orlando Leoiar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conrado Faron's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Arlo Albiz scored 3-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orlando Leoiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Equipo's Patricio Baudelio got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Orlando Leoiar made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Malvin Vidaurre sent off a good shot on target. When Gilesindo Tarapiella fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caaguazu's protests and gave Gilesindo Tarapiella a yellow card for diving instead. Gilesindo Tarapiella kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute of the match Armando Florin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vincente Monzon skillfully saved the ball. Arlo Albiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Leoiar having to interfere. After 45 minutes Caaguazu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Armando Florin who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Equipo's corner Anacleto Maore fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vincente Monzon quite easily take care of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Caaguazu made a substitution. Beltza Rubin replaced Pankracy Kasiewski. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Conrado Faron was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Arlo Albiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando Leoiar was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. After having played for 58 minutes, Anacleto Maore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Equipo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anacleto Maore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilesindo Tarapiella scored 4-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orlando Leoiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Caaguazu's Mauro Bocaran was substituted for Reyes Barcenilla. Conrado Faron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Leoiar having to interfere. Florentino Eufemio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Vincente Monzon made a huge save. Equipo's Orlando Leoiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arlo Albiz in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Caaguazu's Nando Cando got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 90th minute of the match, Armando Florin sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Vincente Monzon showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Caaguazu players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
