Marvelous Ronaldinho was slow to take the kick. During this time Sakura Storm's players had a chance to rest. Racing Club's Damian Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Dziechciowski in the 75th minute of play. Sacit Selmi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damian Quirze having to make a save. In the 79th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Santiago to maneuver through the defense. Serafin Santos hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 83 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Dante Polo. In a very dangerous position, a player in Racing Club fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! Damian Quirze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthony Di Loreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Tadeusz Dziechciowski fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 97th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Sakura Storm's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
