Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Mankato's Norman Bergman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Capo de Provincia's Raúlo Davenport played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norman Bergman in the 7th minute of play. Raúlo Davenport showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dexter Jeffers in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, Mankato was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neil Chavez to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Jeronimo Avaria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johnathon Gallo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 21st minute Jeronimo Avaria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnathon Gallo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Mankato's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Epifanío Mejia fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Epifanío Mejia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnathon Gallo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Capo de Provincia's Ernesto Daniel Paillao got a free kick in the 31st minute. Jeronimo Avaria succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 35th playminute. After a rather tough play, Mankato's Armando Zuniga got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When Ronaldo Abrahamsohn came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Capo de Provincia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldo Abrahamsohn couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeronimo Avaria to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Jeronimo Avaria made a precise shot to the right of Johnathon Gallo. Mankato's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 60 minutes into the game, Jeronimo Avaria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Johnathon Gallo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 66 minutes into the match, Epifanío Mejia notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Mankato's Johnathon Gallo. Johnathon Gallo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Jeronimo Avaria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Johnathon Gallo was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. When Capo de Provincia's Jeronimo Avaria in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mankato's goalie prevented a goal. In the 76th minute of the match Capo de Provincia got a corner. Mankato's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Epifanío Mejia ran over to the corner to take the kick. Johnathon Gallo came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Capo de Provincia's Jeronimo Avaria. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Avaria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Capo de Provincia's Jeronimo Avaria got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th match minute, Mankato was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neil Chavez to maneuver through the defense. When Ernesto Daniel Paillao fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capo de Provincia's protests and gave Ernesto Daniel Paillao a yellow card for diving instead. In the 98th minute, Ernesto Daniel Paillao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Capo de Provincia had played much better football throughout.
