An unexpectedly hard shot by Bento Arberas in the 4th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Damian Quirze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Racing Club's Damian Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Palle Tazon in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Palle Tazon in the 7th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Damian Quirze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Arnulfo Camus came free, but Damian Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Palle Tazon in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damian Quirze saved Racing Club from getting behind. Damian Quirze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermengol Cabrales in the 21st minute of play. Damian Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Palle Tazon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivan Felipo during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Felipo to maneuver through the defense. Palle Tazon took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damian Quirze. Damian Quirze dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Palle Tazon in the 36th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Damian Quirze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Quirze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Camus in the 37th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Aldomiro Urioste got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Damian Quirze quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Racing Club's Damian Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Camus in the 42nd minute of play. Damian Quirze didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ermengol Cabrales went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angelo Sayvion to strike the kick off in the second half. Damian Quirze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Palle Tazon in the 53rd minute. Racing Club's Damian Quirze proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club from getting a goal against them. Damian Quirze made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Palle Tazon sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute, CD Municipal's Palle Tazon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Damian Quirze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Camus in the 74th minute of the match. With a little luck, Racing Club's Damian Quirze got control of the ball when Ermengol Cabrales tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damian Quirze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermengol Cabrales in the 84th minute of play. Bento Arberas scored 0-7 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damian Quirze, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Palle Tazon notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Racing Club's Damian Quirze. Damian Quirze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Damian Quirze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Palle Tazon in the 93rd minute of the match. Aldomiro Urioste hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded CD Municipal left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Racing Club.
