Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Conrado Faron started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th match minute, Caaguazu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Cresconio to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Alberto Alcerreca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Vincente Monzon made a huge save. A collision led to Caaguazu getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Pankracy Kasiewski hit a great ball. In the 15th minute Conrado Faron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Pattillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gervasio Pattillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arlo Albiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute, Conrado Faron made a precise shot to the right of Gervasio Pattillo. ☠QUINTERO☠'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Arlo Albiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Gervasio Pattillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 minutes, Francisco Alberto Alcerreca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ☠QUINTERO☠ and the Caaguazu players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ☠QUINTERO☠'s Francisco Alberto Alcerreca got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When Caaguazu's Arlo Albiz in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ☠QUINTERO☠'s goalie prevented a goal. Caaguazu's Gilesindo Tarapiella got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 31 played minutes ☠QUINTERO☠ got a freekick which was hit by Soriano Escerza. In the 32nd minute of the match Malvin Vidaurre shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gervasio Pattillo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vincente Monzon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertrán Jarabran in the 33rd minute of the match. Arlo Albiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gervasio Pattillo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arlo Albiz ran back to his position shaking his head. After 37th play minutes Conrado Faron shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Gervasio Pattillo and just under the crossbar into goal. Vincente Monzon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Alberto Alcerreca in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the game, Caaguazu's Conrado Faron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gervasio Pattillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Alberto Alcerreca in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vincente Monzon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Caaguazu were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Caaguazu made a substitution. Blai Arismendi replaced Pankracy Kasiewski. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Alberto Alcerreca to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Alberto Alcerreca came free, but Vincente Monzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Arlo Albiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caaguazu's Vincente Monzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Alberto Alcerreca in the 60th minute of play. Arlo Albiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Gervasio Pattillo made a huge save. After 70 minutes, Candido Ayala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ☠QUINTERO☠ and the Caaguazu players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Caaguazu booed when ☠QUINTERO☠ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Ayala didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Caaguazu's Arlo Albiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gervasio Pattillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Vincente Monzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Saravia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Alberto Alcerreca came free, but Vincente Monzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Pattillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilesindo Tarapiella, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Frédson Schmidt's late challenge caught a Caaguazu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frédson Schmidt helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Caaguazu booed when ☠QUINTERO☠ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frédson Schmidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Arlo Albiz fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caaguazu's protests and gave Arlo Albiz a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Caaguazu got a freekick which was hit by Arlo Albiz. The Caaguazu supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Caaguazu would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
