The Mankato fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Johnathon Gallo should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, José Ignacio Berguecio put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Johnathon Gallo. Johnathon Gallo came out and tried to block the shot, but Aaron Zamorano slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 76th minute. The supporters of CRUZ DEL SUR booed when Mankato was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Zuniga didn't get a good kick on the ball.
