When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Vasile Soare put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Vincente Biggs. Baez FC's Vincente Biggs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Soare in the 10th minute of play. After 13 played minutes Baez FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Urquijo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vasile Soare in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vincente Biggs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mesere's Beila Cacho suffered a concussion in the 18th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 18 minutes, Severino Taylor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baez FC and the Mesere players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Eate Azcaraso came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Mesere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eate Azcaraso couldn't finish the play. Karlos Fevre was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 22 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Baez FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! The supporters of Baez FC booed when Mesere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Ahedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mustafa Emrah Vahip took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vincente Biggs. Vincente Biggs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Vincente Biggs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hustaz Cedron in the 31st minute of the match. Vincente Biggs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inko Sagrario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Hustaz Cedron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Biggs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurilio Mendoza hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fermin Ahedo in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. A collision led to Mesere getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fermin Ahedo hit a great ball. After 44 minutes of play, Mesere's Hustaz Cedron made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vincente Biggs was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vincente Biggs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasile Soare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 57th match minute, Mesere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Emrah Vahip to maneuver through the defense. Vasile Soare could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Vincente Biggs made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasile Soare got free with Vincente Biggs in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 62 played minutes Baez FC got a freekick which was hit by Maurilio Mendoza. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Inko Sagrario got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Emrah Vahip in the 66th minute of play forced Baez FC's goalkeeper Vincente Biggs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Hustaz Cedron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Biggs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Mesere's Hustaz Cedron ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vincente Biggs. Vincente Biggs yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. 71 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goalkeeper Vincente Biggs had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vasile Soare. In the 73rd minute, Hustaz Cedron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vincente Biggs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hustaz Cedron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vincente Biggs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Emrah Vahip in the 79th minute of play. Vasile Soare came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vincente Biggs could save by the left post. In the 82nd minute of the match Mesere got a corner. Baez FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eate Azcaraso ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mesere's Eate Azcaraso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vincente Biggs in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Vincente Biggs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hustaz Cedron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hustaz Cedron scored 0-6 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vincente Biggs, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasile Soare got free with Vincente Biggs in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Baez FC's Vincente Biggs got control of the ball when Vasile Soare tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Eate Azcaraso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Baez FC's goalkeeper Vincente Biggs had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mustafa Emrah Vahip. The Baez FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mesere were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
