The supporters of Conakry FC booed when union española s.a. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Quilapan didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Conakry FC's Iker Cristos got control of the ball when Fulgencio Serrano tried to sneak it across the goal line. But to his dismay, Jarvis Sneed quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Sandro Placente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarvis Sneed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Serrano in the 30th minute of play forced Conakry FC's goalkeeper Iker Cristos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Jaume Zegarra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute, Manuel Neira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Cristos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Iker Cristos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaume Zegarra in the 88th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Conakry FC's Kristofer Alley got a free kick in the 90th minute. Luciano Quilapan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Cristos having to interfere.
