Rodrigo Almaguer was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Augusto Chorche. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Javier Aubets during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Javier Aubets hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The long shot by Prudencio Claus in the 23rd minute really tested Rodrigo Almaguer's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After having played for 28 minutes, Ulises Ilixo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pakorro AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulises Ilixo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ............'s attentive Javier Aubets managed to snatch the ball when Carlos Froila made a throw-in in the 36th minute of the game. Nemesio Bernal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenaido Baz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Pakorro AFC's zone, James Lezana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nemesio Bernal came out of the goal and James Lezana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th match minute, ............ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Borras to maneuver through the defense. Prudencio Claus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo Almaguer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Ulises Ilixo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Rodrigo Almaguer made a huge save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulises Ilixo to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Jorge Rocio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. James Lezana's late challenge caught a Pakorro AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Chorche took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rodrigo Almaguer. ............'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Pabla in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Almaguer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd minute, Renán Ester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute of the match Prudencio Claus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodrigo Almaguer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Ulises Ilixo fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pakorro AFC's protests and gave Ulises Ilixo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Pakorro AFC's Ulises Ilixo got a free kick in the 79th minute. Rodrigo Almaguer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Rocio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute Marcos Pabla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Almaguer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 minutes of play, Pakorro AFC's Marcos Pabla made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodrigo Almaguer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ulises Ilixo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Rodrigo Almaguer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Almaguer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Pabla, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the ............ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pakorro AFC.
