Rodney Dill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harrison McCann in the 5th minute of play. Brannik's Rodney Dill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harrison McCann in the 7th minute of play. A collision led to Internacional Pechofrío getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Eliu Bellogin hit a great ball. In the 10th match minute, Internacional Pechofrío was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venceslao Solares to maneuver through the defense. Emil Zátopek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sonny Hester in the 11th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's goal looked a bit too open when Lanny Roberson came free, but Emil Zátopek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Zátopek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lanny Roberson in the 18th minute of the match. Rodney Dill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harrison McCann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Brannik defense, Venceslao Solares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodney Dill. The Brannik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodney Dill should have stopped the shot. Emil Zátopek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lanny Roberson in the 27th minute of the match. When Internacional Pechofrío's Harrison McCann in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brannik's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harrison McCann in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodney Dill prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Internacional Pechofrío's attack was well implemented in the 42nd minute, but when Harrison McCann was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Brannik's Terrell Daniel was substituted for Sonny Hester. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lanny Roberson was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Rodney Dill managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Internacional Pechofrío's Harrison McCann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Harrison McCann put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Rodney Dill. A collision led to Brannik getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Carlo Dempsey hit a great ball. Erauso Espantoso, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After recieving a nice pass, Internacional Pechofrío's Erauso Espantoso tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 63 minutes, Sebastian Langston mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brannik and the Internacional Pechofrío players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute, Sebastian Langston hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harrison McCann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Rodney Dill made a huge save. Davis Flaherty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Zátopek having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Terrell Daniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Zátopek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Internacional Pechofrío's Edgardo Castillo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Edgardo Castillo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Internacional Pechofrío protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Edgardo Castillo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Internacional Pechofrío fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! After a rather tough play, Internacional Pechofrío's Eliu Bellogin got a free kick in the 81st minute. Ted Lasso kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Raphael Barnhart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brannik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raphael Barnhart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Toli Beloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Rodney Dill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute Venceslao Solares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodney Dill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
