Oliviero Vados showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cruz Guia, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Nestor Ibaute managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liga de Quito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Ibaute was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nestor Ibaute's late challenge caught a E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Otsando Roberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Liga de Quito's Nestor Ibaute dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. After 92 minutes of play, Liga de Quito's Nestor Ibaute made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oliviero Vados was left in no man's land by his defense there!
