Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cyryl Karpinski kicked off to start the match. Taylor Dunbar hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Nery Pumpido came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Boca Juniors's Cyryl Karpinski. But to his dismay, Cyryl Karpinski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 14th minute, Cyryl Karpinski fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nery Pumpido, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Hooks in the 16th minute of play forced Nacional Potosí's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Cyryl Karpinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nery Pumpido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling William Álvarez in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Máté Galambos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jarvis Cormier got free with Nery Pumpido in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute, Cyryl Karpinski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nery Pumpido was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Máté Galambos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ángel Ortiz in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Papo Abalos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máté Galambos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Boca Juniors! Cordeara Abenda walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 39th minute, Cyryl Karpinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nacional Potosí's Cordeara Abenda couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 39th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Boca Juniors. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lapurdi Abendano during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Nery Pumpido successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. William Álvarez was the one to do the kick off. Cordeara Abenda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Máté Galambos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 58th minute of the match, William Álvarez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Máté Galambos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Boca Juniors's Máté Galambos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Boca Juniors from getting a goal against them. In the 62ndth minute of the game Dalmacio Jaume who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nacional Potosí's Nery Pumpido was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Nacional Potosí's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Hooks came free, but Nery Pumpido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nery Pumpido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Hooks in the 66th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cyryl Karpinski during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nery Pumpido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Hooks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Waldo Dailey got a free kick in the 80th minute. William Álvarez struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Máté Galambos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nacional Potosí. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by William Álvarez during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. William Álvarez hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. William Álvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Máté Galambos having to interfere. When Dalmacio Jaume came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Boca Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalmacio Jaume couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quirze Abello got free with Máté Galambos in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Máté Galambos was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and William Álvarez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. William Álvarez really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Boca Juniors's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
