An unexpectedly hard shot by Martinez Costeras in the 32nd minute of play forced Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goalkeeper Israel Peña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosio Aranzana's late challenge caught a Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosio Aranzana helped the player get up and apologised. Rosio Aranzana kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Rey Villarragut in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Israel Peña, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Rey Villarragut managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valle Saron's Pasqual Fabeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ordono Abaurre in the 98th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
