But to his dismay, Tanio Lezaeta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tanio Lezaeta in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maria Tesillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Tanio Lezaeta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maria Tesillo was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 15thth minute of the game Tanio Lezaeta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garfield Dream Team's Maria Tesillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maria Tesillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tanio Lezaeta went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 21 minutes into the game, Tanio Lezaeta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Maria Tesillo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maria Tesillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanio Lezaeta in the 24th minute of play. Maria Tesillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rómulo Ventura, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The audience was convinced that Tanio Lezaeta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maria Tesillo was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. In the 34thth minute of the game Tanio Lezaeta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garfield Dream Team's Maria Tesillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Garfield Dream Team defense, Jacinto Cross kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maria Tesillo. The Garfield Dream Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maria Tesillo should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Tanio Lezaeta put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Maria Tesillo. In the 43rdth minute of the game Tanio Lezaeta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garfield Dream Team's Maria Tesillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Talcampeón FC fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Talcampeón FC's Tanio Lezaeta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tanio Lezaeta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Talcampeón FC's Tanio Lezaeta got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maria Tesillo was a little too slow when Adolfo Halat got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-8. The crowd rose to their feet as Talcampeón FC's Apolo Larrañaga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maria Tesillo. That made the score 0-10 after 59 minutes of play. 62 minutes into the match, Tanio Lezaeta notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Garfield Dream Team's Maria Tesillo. Maria Tesillo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maria Tesillo made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Apolo Larrañaga sent off a good shot on target. Tanio Lezaeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maria Tesillo having to interfere. Talcampeón FC's Adolfo Halat got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Talcampeón FC's Tanio Lezaeta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maria Tesillo. That made the score 0-13 after 75 minutes of play. Maria Tesillo stood somewhat misplaced when Tanio Lezaeta came free in front of goal and shot 0-14 to the left of him in the 80 minute. In the 87th minute, Tanio Lezaeta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Talcampeón FC booed when Garfield Dream Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rainerio Pas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Garfield Dream Team's goalkeeper Maria Tesillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Garfield Dream Team defense, Tanio Lezaeta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maria Tesillo. The Garfield Dream Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maria Tesillo should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Talcampeón FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Garfield Dream Team.
